The woman you love is breaking up with you.<\/p>\n<p>Giving you the friend zone speech, telling you she doesn&#8217;t feel it, she doesn&#8217;t see it going anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>Do you know the ONE WAY to handle it that gives you a SECOND CHANCE?<\/p>\n<p>What should you say? How should you react? That&#8217;s what we&#8217;re going to discuss in this article.<\/p>\n<h3>Never Try to Change a Woman&#8217;s Mind When She is Ending Things<\/h3>\n<p>Do not attempt to try to change her mind.<\/p>\n<p>I repeat, do not attempt to try to change her mind.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, that\u2019s exactly what most guys attempt to do. It\u2019s every guy\u2019s first instinct. But you gotta fight that.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a mistake for two reasons:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mistake Reason One: Triggering \u201cWin\u201d Instinct<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No one likes to lose an argument. If you try to change her mind, you make it an argument and give her more motivation to stick to her decision in order to \u201cwin.\u201d The more you try to change her mind, the more she\u2019s going to dig her heels in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mistake Reason Two: Damage to Your Self-Esteem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you put it all on the line to chase a girl and get shot down, your <a href=\"https:\/\/selfesteemblueprint.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">self-esteem<\/a> starts to dwindle.<\/p>\n<h2>What to Say When a Woman is Breaking Up with You<\/h2>\n<p>So what do you do when a woman is giving you the breakup alk?<\/p>\n<p>Look at her and say, <strong>&#8220;Sure, all right.&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like it doesn&#8217;t bother you. Like you&#8217;re totally cool with it.<\/p>\n<p>This sets you up to possibly rekindle things with her in the future.<\/p>\n<p>To understand that, let\u2019s talk about the <strong>three reasons a woman breaks up with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Breakup Reason #1: She Just Doesn&#8217;t Like You<\/h2>\n<p>Sometimes she just doesn&#8217;t like you. You&#8217;re not her type.<\/p>\n<p>Can you change her mind? Possibly.<\/p>\n<p>Is it worth it to chase after her? Probably not.<\/p>\n<p>Because she doesn&#8217;t like you.<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s usually not the case if it&#8217;s a situation where it&#8217;s a girl that you&#8217;ve been dating for a while. Because if she didn&#8217;t like you at all, she wouldn&#8217;t have spent so much time with you. She wouldn&#8217;t have continued dating you.<\/p>\n<p>So this is actually a rare reason why she ends it. More likely, it&#8217;s one of these next two reasons.<\/p>\n<h2>Breakup Reason #2: Bad Timing<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve all probably been in this situation ourselves. Maybe we met one girl, and we go out on a few dates with her. And she&#8217;s really cool, we really kind of get along, and we can potentially see a future with her.<\/p>\n<p>But then this other girl comes into our life. Maybe she was:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An ex-girlfriend.<\/li>\n<li>The girl who got away.<\/li>\n<li>A female friend.<\/li>\n<li>A coworker you had a crush on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In any case, she\u2019s a girl we\u2019re just more invested in.<\/p>\n<p>The minute we get attention from her, we forget about the first girl we were seeing. We see the second girl as a shiny new object that pulls away our attention.<\/p>\n<p>This happens a lot with women.<\/p>\n<p>When a woman <a href=\"https:\/\/bobbyriotraining.com\/advice\/girl-is-hot-and-cold\/\">suddenly goes cold<\/a>, a lot of times it&#8217;s because&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An ex-boyfriend popped back into the picture.<\/li>\n<li>Or her old crush hit her up on Instagram.<\/li>\n<li>One of her co-workers finally asked her out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now she&#8217;s going on a date with him and wants to give all her attention to him.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s just bad timing for you.<\/p>\n<h2>Breakup Reason #3: Imbalance of Romantic Interest<\/h2>\n<p>A woman will often end things because she doesn&#8217;t know how she feels about you\u2026 and she senses that you have strong feelings for her.<\/p>\n<p>When she senses that you like her much more than she likes you, that scares her away.<\/p>\n<p>On a scale of one to 10, she&#8217;s at maybe a five, right? She thinks, \u201cI like this guy. He&#8217;s cool, he&#8217;s fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Then she sees that you&#8217;re at a 9 or 10. She&#8217;s like, <em>\u201cWoah, this guy&#8217;s already thinking about marriage, and he&#8217;s already imagining that we have this future together, it&#8217;s going too fast. I don&#8217;t know yet. I&#8217;m still kind of on the fence about him.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>She decides she\u2019d better get off the train now, before it\u2019s moving too fast for her to exit. She doesn\u2019t want it to get weird later when you\u2019re feelings are even more invested.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s going to say, \u201cLet\u2019s just cool this off.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Because it&#8217;s easier.<\/p>\n<p>If she doesn&#8217;t think you feel it that much\u2026 if she thinks you like her somewhere around a 5 on the 1 to 10 scale\u2026 a lot of times she&#8217;ll keep it going. She\u2019ll enjoy it because there\u2019s less pressure.<\/p>\n<p>But if she senses that you&#8217;re REALLY into her and she&#8217;s not at that same level, she&#8217;s going to end it before things get more complicated down the road.<\/p>\n<p>Okay, now a quick review of the <strong>REASONS A WOMAN WILL BREAK UP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>She just doesn\u2019t like you.<\/li>\n<li>Timing.<\/li>\n<li>Imbalance of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s take that knowledge back to that moment where she\u2019s giving you the <strong>BREAKUP TALK.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s take the \u201cShe just doesn\u2019t like you\u201d reason off the table for a minute and deal with the other two: timing and imbalance of interest.<\/p>\n<p>When she\u2019s ending it, if you try to <strong>CHANGE HER MIND,<\/strong> you\u2019re guaranteed to fail.<\/p>\n<p>Because if the timing&#8217;s off, you&#8217;re not going to convince her.<\/p>\n<p>And if she&#8217;s not sure about you, and then you try to convince her how sure you are about her, that&#8217;s just going to further prove that there\u2019s an imbalance of interest.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why the best thing to do in that moment is simply say, \u201cSure, alright.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This will help you get another shot with her in the future.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reasons Why Saying \u201cSURE, ALRIGHT\u201d Works:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Reason #1: The Right Attitude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The attitude you want to convey is:<strong> CHOOSE, DON\u2019T NEED.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What do I mean by that? I mean, you choose to be with her, but you don&#8217;t need to be with her.<\/p>\n<p>When you say \u201cSure, all right,\u201d it&#8217;s like you were choosing to be there. You weren&#8217;t emotionally invested and attached, and you&#8217;re not going to lose your mind and go crazy that she&#8217;s not around.<\/p>\n<p>You were choosing her, which is <a href=\"https:\/\/bobbyriotraining.com\/advice\/traits-girls-chase\/\">a very attractive trait<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Women want to be with a guy who chooses to be with them, not a guy who needs to be with them.<\/p>\n<p>So when she&#8217;s ending things with you, and you just kind of casually let it roll off of you, she goes, \u201cOh, okay. He was cool with this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It elicits a positive memory of you in her mind as she&#8217;s leaving. She\u2019s full of validation from knowing she could have kept you as long as she wanted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>She&#8217;s expecting you to make one of the common mistakes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trying to convince her.<\/li>\n<li>Confessing your feelings.<\/li>\n<li>Giving her gifts to win her over.<\/li>\n<li>Going cold or getting angry at her.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What do all those mistakes have in common? They are strong, emotional reactions that convey that you strongly care about keeping her. You\u2019re going to be in positions where a woman is going to be breaking up or friend zoning you. The best thing you can say in that position is \u201cOkay, cool.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Be totally nice with her. End things nonchalantly. Walk away and leave yourself the future opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>If you believe you have a true connection with her, think of the long-term strategy. Give her that space for a little bit. A lot of times, she&#8217;ll reach out to you.
