Yes---absolutely. We actually encourage it. Each of our three coaches has their own style, so we recommend checking out their videos, reading their posts inside the community, and then deciding who feels like the best fit for you. This way, you'll be working with the coach you connect with most.

Once you sign up, you'll start by filling out a short intake form where you explain your situation, what you want to get out of coaching, and any specific questions you have. From there, you'll pick a date and time that works for you.

When your session comes, you'll get a private link for a video or audio call with your coach. You'll also have the option to have the session recorded---so you can rewatch it anytime and never miss a detail.

Videos and courses give you the playbook---but coaching is like having the coach on the sidelines calling the plays for your exact game.
